CSI Certification

CSI offers these career-enhancing professional Certification credentials:
• Construction Document Technologist (CDT) 
• Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) 
• Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA)
• Certified Construction Product Representative (CCPR)
The Albuquerque Chapter regularly conducts training workshops for the CDT exam. Candidates are not required to enroll in workshop, but the discipline of the structured classes and interaction with fellow candidates helps improve the ability of most people to pass the exam. Spring Exams:  March 29 - April 3, 2010. 
Early Registration deadline:  Jan. 29, 2010
Final Registration deadline:  Feb. 26, 2010

SPECIAL OFFER

CSI Albuquerque believes certification to be so important, that the board voted unanimously to offer a 50% reimbursement this year toward the cost of the exam registration in exchange for writing an article for our newsletter, website, or blog explaining why taking the certification exams is beneficial.

The reimbursement is available regardless of whether or not you pass. The reimbursement is only applicable on the exam and excludes the optional training workshop and PRM, and the offer is valid only for those registering for an exam before June 30th, 2010.

CSI Chapter Certification-Membership Promotion 
And, it gets better.  CSI is offering a promotion through CSI chapters to CDT exam candidates.  Through this package, candidates will receive a 20% discount on:
  - Professional, Industry or Associate Membership
  - the Spring 2010 CDT early registration rate
  - the Project Resource Manual (PRM)

Monthly chapter meetings

Registration and lunch begin at 11:30am with presentation following at noon. Unless noted, all chapter meetings take place at the Courtyard by Marriott Journal Center, 5151 Journal Center Blvd. Drop-in guests are always welcome! Guest meals cost $20 per person.

The Albuquerque Chapter's monthly luncheon meetings are an excellent opportunity for education as well as networking. Most programs earn CELUs. Recent presentations include:
